Dashboard Overview
The Chief dashboard at dashboard.hirechief.ai is where you manage everything outside of Slack.
The dashboard uses Slack SSO. Click Sign in with Slack, pick your workspace, and you’re in. There’s no separate password.
If you belong to multiple Chief tenants, you’ll be asked to pick which tenant to enter.
Layout
The left sidebar has six sections:
| Section | What lives there |
|---|---|
| API Keys | Add, validate, remove provider credentials |
| Billing | Current plan, invoices, payment method |
| Usage | Token usage, cost estimates, recent tasks |
| Settings | Tenant settings, working hours, model routing |
| Integrations | Connected services and credential vault |
| Knowledge | Browse and edit what Chief has learned |
The top bar shows your tenant name (click to switch tenants), your user, and a notifications bell.
Permissions
Within a tenant, users have one of two roles:
- Admin — full access (billing, credentials, settings, all data)
- Member — can use Chief but can’t change billing or rotate keys
Workspace owners are admins by default. You can promote/demote in Settings → Team.
Mobile
The dashboard is responsive and works on mobile, but most management workflows are easier on desktop. The Slack experience is the primary mobile interface.
