Choosing Between Them
Pro is the right plan if:
- You have one Slack workspace.
- Anthropic Claude is enough for your AI needs.
- You don’t need parallel multi-agent execution.
- A best-effort SLA is acceptable.
Enterprise is the right plan if:
- You need to route across multiple model providers.
- You have multiple Slack workspaces and want one tenant per workspace under one bill.
- You run high-volume parallel jobs that benefit from multi-agent.
- You need SAML SSO, custom roles, or a contractual SLA.
- You need indefinite audit log retention for compliance.
Trial Mechanics
Both plans get a 14-day trial of the Enterprise feature set. After day 14:
- If you converted to Pro: Enterprise-only features become unavailable; existing data is preserved.
- If you converted to Enterprise: nothing changes.
- If you didn’t convert: tenant is paused (data preserved) and you’ll get reactivation prompts for 30 days.
