14-Day Free Trial
Every new tenant gets 14 days of full Enterprise-tier access for free.
What You Get
During the trial:
- Full Chief functionality with no feature gates
- All providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Local routing
- Multi-agent orchestration
- Up to 50 App Factory apps
- Unlimited cron jobs
- All integrations available
The only thing the trial doesn’t give you is free LLM tokens. You still need to add your own provider API key — token usage is billed by your provider, even during the trial. (See BYOK.)
What We Ask For Up Front
You add a credit card when starting the trial. We do not charge until day 14.
The card is required so:
- We can verify the tenant is set up by a real account-holder (anti-fraud).
- The trial-to-paid transition is friction-free — no scramble on day 14.
On Day 14
By default, the trial converts to Pro ($1,000/month). You’ll get email reminders on day 7, day 12, and day 14.
If you’d prefer:
- Convert to Enterprise — change plan in Dashboard → Billing → Change Plan any time during the trial.
- Cancel — see Cancellation. You can cancel any time during the trial without charge.
Trial Limits
A few soft limits during the trial to prevent abuse:

These caps are lifted when you convert.
What Carries Over
Everything. All data created during your trial — Slack threads, generated files, deployed apps, learned skills, integration connections — persists past the trial. If you convert, you keep working with no migration needed.
If you cancel, your data stays for the 30-day grace period (see Cancellation).
Extending the Trial
We don’t extend trials by default. If you have a specific reason — procurement is in flight, you need approval from another team — email sales@hirechief.ai and we’ll work with you.
