How Billing Works
You’re billed monthly on the date you started your paid subscription. Annual billing is available — email sales@hirechief.ai.
The platform fee is all-you-use, not per-seat. Add as many teammates as you want — billing doesn’t change.

Common Questions
- Are there overage fees? No. Chief’s platform fee is fixed. The only variable cost is your LLM token spend at your provider.
- Do I need to pre-pay tokens? No. Tokens are billed by your LLM provider (e.g., Anthropic) directly. Chief just uses your key.
- Is there a free tier? Just the 14-day trial. No permanent free tier.
- Can I get an annual contract? Yes — email sales for terms.
